DONATE TO THE ENDOWMENT FUND

The Liberty Pole that was installed in 2012 to replace the wooden pole that had deteriorated over the years is doing well and standing tall (113 feet) over the village of Mystic. We are, however, still in need of funds to replace the $40,000 cost that drained our resources to a very low level.

The Flag Committee maintains accounts to support our efforts to maintain the Liberty Pole and Liberty Pole Square adjacent to the pole as well as keeping us supplied with flags and other materials needed for the Pole and for the 120 street flags that we display on the streets of Mystic on major holidays. We encourage the on-going assistance of generous citizens to enable us to continue this grand tradition.
